Overview
The Solution Representative IV is responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding relationships within an assigned portfolio while acting as a subject matter expert for RealPage's G5 Marketing Solutions. This role focuses on selling an end‑to‑end, predictive marketing and renter‑journey platform designed to drive occupancy, reduce marketing waste, and unlock hidden revenue for multifamily operators. The representative will manage revenue targets, execute high‑impact sales activities, and serve as a strategic advisor to customers seeking to modernize their digital marketing performance. Responsibilities include visiting management companies and property owners, leading executive‑level discussions, attending RealPage and industry events, and educating clients on the ROI of G5 Marketing Solutions.
