The Role
We're looking for a Sommelier/Floor Manager to lead our wine program while managing front-of-house service. This is a hybrid position for someone who can talk terroir at the table and run a floor with confidence. You'll own a 250+ SKU wine program and serve as a leader for our service team.
Responsibilities
- Curate and maintain a 250+ SKU wine list, with a focus on pairings that complement our menu
- Manage all wine purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Train and develop front-of-house staff on wine knowledge and service standards
- Lead floor management during service, ensuring a seamless guest experience
- Collaborate with the kitchen on seasonal pairing recommendations and special events
Qualifications
- CMS Certified Sommelier (Level 2) or WSET Level 2 in Wines required
- Fine dining experience required
- Management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of Old and New World wines, with a passion for continuing education
- Proficiency with Aloha POS, Adobe InDesign, and BevSpot
- Ability to lead a team, stay cool under pressure, and deliver hospitality that keeps guests coming back

- $70,000 base salary
