Title: Sourcing Manager V
 

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager V to support vendor sourcing, onboarding, contracting, and ongoing supplier management for large-scale data and technology programs. This role requires a highly organized sourcing professional with strong commercial negotiation, vendor management, and cross-functional program management experience. The ideal candidate can manage multiple vendor engagements simultaneously, navigate complex contracting processes, and translate detailed program information into clear, executive-ready updates.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, including intake, reviews, contracting, systems setup, payment setup, and program kickoff.

• Support contracting and commercial workstreams, including contract documentation, rate cards, terms, amendments, and renewals.

• Negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage ongoing vendor relationships.

• Manage multiple vendor onboarding and sourcing initiatives simultaneously while identifying and resolving blockers.

• Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders, Legal, Finance, sourcing teams, and third-party vendors.

• Support vendor performance management, governance, and business reviews.

• Track vendor and program status and provide clear, executive-ready reporting and summaries.

• Support sourcing activities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, outsourcing, procurement, or a closely related area.

• Demonstrated experience negotiating complex contracts and managing vendor relationships.

• Strong commercial negotiation skills across multiple levers beyond rates, such as volume discounts, service levels, quality requirements, and performance terms.

• Program management experience working with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and third parties.

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Ability to synthesize complex information into concise, executive-ready communications.

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience sourcing data annotation services for AI/ML or large language model development.

• Experience managing high-volume data annotation or outsourced data programs.

• Experience working with BPO providers, crowdsourcing or freelance platforms, and specialized data vendors.

• Experience analyzing vendor cost models and understanding key ROI and commercial drivers.

• Strategic sourcing or outsourcing experience within technology, AI, or other large-scale technical environments.
