Responsibilities: Assist in-house Physician Recruiters to identify and assess potential physician candidates for predefined skillsets. In addition, the Sourcing Recruiter will create and implement sourcing strategies that will attract top talent and manage the candidate database of potential candidates. Qualifications: Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social Sciences, or related field Required or
• In Lieu of degree six (6) years of experience in recruitment will be accepted Required

Work Experience

• 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources. Required or
• In lieu of degree seven (7) years of experience in recruitment or human resources. Required
• 3 years of recruiting or healthcare experience Preferred
• Experience working in healthcare Preferred
