Role Overview

As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent for a rapidly growing organization. You will focus on building candidate pipelines, fostering positive candidate experiences, and executing targeted sourcing strategies to meet hiring needs. This position emphasizes hands-on recruitment efforts, collaboration with hiring teams, and maintaining a candidate-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles.
• Utilize advanced search techniques, tools, and platforms to identify and engage passive talent.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, providing timely and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a world-class candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and recruitment timelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all candidate interactions and recruitment activity.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health and recruitment progress.
• Partner with full lifecycle recruiters and other team members to ensure seamless transitions of candidates through the recruitment process.
• Share market intelligence and sourcing best practices with the Talent Acquisition team.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 1+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience with a focus on sourcing.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and contact management systems to track and manage candidates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing for high-volume or niche roles in healthcare or similar fast-paced industries.
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive talent through creative sourcing techniques.
• Experience delivering a superior candidate experience while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated pay range for this position is $30.00 to $35.00 per hour. Please note that this pay range is a good faith estimate that may be impacted by several factors, including the candidates qualifications, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on business needs.
