Job Description
Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00/Hour
Location: Claremore, OK
Summary:
- Manage and follow-up on Purchase Orders (POs)
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships for PO execution
- Address problems and schedule changes effectively
- Expedite POs and manage parts shortages proactively
- Update ERP systems and support special projects
- Handle communication regarding order status, shortages, and supplier delivery performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with equivalent experience in Sourcing
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement
Preferred Skills:
- SAP experience (purchasing/MM) is strongly preferred
- Experience with direct materials in a manufacturing environment, including expediting and shortage management
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Outside processing experience is a plus
