Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual and long-term sourcing strategies for the software category.
- Achieve cost savings targets through effective negotiation and supplier management.
- Lead RF(x) processes and commercial contract negotiations with software suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, legal, finance, and cybersecurity teams.
- Mitigate supplier risks and manage contracts effectively.
- Communicate project status and ensure compliance with business procedures and policies.
- Serve as a business partner to key IT stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
- Understand global cybersecurity and data privacy regulations related to software procurement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in technology sourcing for global software solutions.
- Experience in negotiating and redlining software contracts.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferences:
- Ability to leverage internal and external data sources to create category plans.
- Skilled negotiator capable of planning and executing sourcing strategies.
