Job Description

Our client, a Energy Services company, is looking for a Sourcing Specialist – Intermediate  for their Santa Clara, CA location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source candidates for priority roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SeekOut, user groups, industry events, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand and evergreen roles.
  • Use Boolean search, keyword optimization, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive talent.
  • Conduct candidate outreach and initial phone screens to assess experience, skills, interest, and compensation expectations.
  • Present qualified candidate profiles and summaries to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Provide market intelligence, talent-availability insights, and competitive landscape information.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and HR partners on intake meetings, calibration discussions, and hiring-team debriefs.
  • Maintain timely and accurate information in ATS/CRM systems and leverage sourcing tools and automation platforms effectively.
 
Requirements:
  • 7–10 years of sourcing experience within Talent Acquisition, with direct exposure to capital equipment, semiconductor, or advanced hardware environments.
  • Experience sourcing technical talent, including optical, mechanical, and electrical engineering, and process development roles.
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting high-growth or complex organizations.
  • Familiarity with broad talent-sourcing strategies and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience tracking sourcing metrics.
  • Ability to provide market insights and talent-availability recommendations to hiring teams.
