Our menu is a flavorful journey through Latin America, featuring signature pressed sandwiches, exquisite ceviches, and a broad spectrum of dishes that celebrate the diversity and zest of Latin culinary traditions.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sous Chef with experience in Latin cuisine to join our team at Calle Sol Latin Café & Cevicheria. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the authenticity and flair of our offerings, ensuring each dish carries the hallmark of Latin warmth and innovation. Our chefs, drawing from their extensive knowledge of Latin America and Florida, craft a diverse menu featuring tantalizing Latin American specialties.
