What You'll Be Doing

As our Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and our customers leave with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
• Overseeing food preparation to ensure quality and consistency.
• Training and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
• Managing inventory and ensuring proper food storage.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen that meets health and safety standards.
• Contributing to menu planning and recipe development.
