This is a new restaurant opening from hands-on owner-operators, looking for ambitious, hard-working individuals who want to grow with the business from the ground up. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, solutions-focused, coachable, and interested in helping build strong systems, standards, and culture.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Open schedule availability
1-3+ years of restaurant management or leadership experience
Ability to work 10+ hour shifts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to learn, receive feedback, teach others, and contribute to systems
Comfortable working with online ordering platforms, spreadsheets, and POS systems, especially Toast
Solutions-oriented mindset
Strong attention to detail
SOUS CHEF REQUIREMENTS
Solid foundational understanding of cooking techniques
Ability to read and execute well-written recipes from start to finish
Fundamental understanding of recipe costing
Ability to lead kitchen staff while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and efficiency
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise daily shifts
Open and close the restaurant
Enforce standards of cleanliness, organization, food quality, and service
Help train and develop team members
Support ownership in building consistent systems and procedures
