What You'll Do

As a Sous Chef at The Heights Restaurant, you'll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for culinary excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Executive Chef in planning and preparing our innovative menu.
- Overseeing kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Training and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
- Managing inventory and ensuring proper food storage and safety practices.
- Collaborating with the team to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef who brings:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a high-quality restaurant.
- A passion for culinary creativity and a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire your team.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere.
