Experienced Sous Chef

We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to lead BOH operations in our high-volume, scratch kitchen. You'll partner with FOH and BOH leaders to deliver consistent quality, inspire your team, and drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Support and exude a mindset and our "Hungry, Humble, Smart" culture.
  • BOH operations: maintain recipe consistency, food quality, and waste control.
  • Practice and maintain high cleanliness and safety.
  • Maintain par levels, ordering systems, and inventory control to manage food and labor costs effectively.
  • Practice and support BOH cost control initiatives to hit P&L targets and budgets.
  • Mentor and develop kitchen staff to build high-performance teams.
  • Partner with FOH leadership to ensure seamless service between the kitchen and the dining room
  • Develop an understanding of beverage offerings, including wine, to complement menu pairings.
  • Represent and uphold values of authenticity, innovation, and leadership in every decision.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven recent work history, working in a high-volume, upscale, polished dining environment ($6M+ annual revenue).
  • 3+ years in a stable, progressive work history and track record as a Sous Chef
  • Strong BOH experience to include ordering, inventory, food & labor cost control.
  • Creative problem solver with a calm presence under pressure.
