We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our upscale American bistro in Plano, TX.
- Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations and menu planning.
- Supervise food preparation and ensure dish quality and presentation.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications include proven experience in upscale dining, strong leadership, knowledge of American cuisine, and food safety standards.
Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
