They have built a strong reputation for delivering quality projects safely, on time, and within budget, with ~90%+ of their work coming from repeat clients.Job DescriptionOversee day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout. Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and scheduling across multiple projects. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Enforce job site safety and compliance at all times. Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, and design teams. Proactively identify and resolve field issues. Strong background in retail construction (ground-up and/or remodels). Experience managing multi-site or traveling projects. Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast.
