Known for strong client relationships (high repeat business), a solid pipeline, and delivering fast-paced projects on time and on budget.Job DescriptionLead day-to-day on-site construction operations from mobilization through closeout. Manage subcontractors, field staff, and site logistics across multiple projects. Coordinate schedules, inspections, and material deliveries. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and quality expectations. Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders. Track progress and proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule. Proven expertise with grocery store and/or gas station (fuel) projects required. Strong knowledge of ground-up and remodel projects, ideally in retail environments. Ability to manage fast-paced schedules and multiple subcontractors. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast.
