Job Description
Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestone achievement. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with contract documents, quality standards, and safety requirements. Conduct regular site meetings with owners, architects, and project teams. Oversee project logistics, site safety, inspections, and quality control. Identify and proactively resolve field issues to maintain project momentum. Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project execution.

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor. Proven experience managing ground-up retail and medical office building projects. Additional experience with interior renovations, tenant improvements, and occupied-space construction preferred. Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, safety, and field operations. Ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction technology and project management software.
