Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules. Coordinate and oversee tilt-wall construction activities while maintaining quality and safety standards. Drive project milestones and ensure work is completed on time and within budget expectations. Conduct subcontractor meetings and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders. Collaborate closely with project management teams to resolve field challenges. Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Maintain high-quality standards across all phases of construction. Travel throughout the Southeast region as project needs require. Ability to lead large subcontractor teams and multiple project stakeholders. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, safety, and quality control. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast. Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta area. Track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary up to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
