SALES SPA ASSOCIATE

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a part-timeFront Desk Spa Associate at our Springlocation.You are a critical link in growing our business and ensuring that our clients' experience is nothing less than OUTSTANDING!

The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

Meet or exceed spa membership goals
Be a team player
Provide excellent, warm customer service to members/guests
Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
Follow company policies and procedures

You have:

Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multi-task with ease, all while focusing on the guest
High school diploma or higher
Flexible availability - able to work openings, closings or weekends

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
