The Opportunity
As a Spa Attendant, you play a key role in creating a calm, restorative experience for every guest. You are the behind-the-scenes professional who keeps our spa pristine, stocked, and running smoothly so our guests and service providers can fully relax and focus on wellness.
This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys a steady pace, takes pride in a spotless, organized space, and wants to be part of a team in the wellness industry with a consistent, reliable schedule.
What You'll Do
- Maintain spotless guest areas, including lounges, changing rooms, showers, and lobby, ensuring everything is clean, sanitized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Handle laundry efficiently and restock all supplies such as towels, robes, sandals, amenities, and back-bar items throughout your shift.
- Sanitize and reset lockers between guests, refresh water and snacks, and ensure retreat areas always feel welcoming and replenished.
- Support Spa Specialists with treatment room turns and assist Guest Advisors with guest flow during busy times to keep the schedule running on time.
- Follow safety and cleanliness protocols, complete opening/closing checklists, and promptly report any maintenance or facility issues to the leadership team.
What Success Looks Like
- Within your first 1–3 months, you consistently keep guest and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and fully stocked without needing constant direction.
- Guests and team members comment that the spa always looks and feels pristine, and room turns are completed smoothly between services.
- You reliably follow checklists and procedures, with closing tasks completed on time and to standard at the end of each shift.
- You are recognized as a dependable, calm, and positive team player who helps keep the spa running efficiently during peak hours.
What We're Looking For
- A warm, reliable, team-first attitude and a strong sense of responsibility for the guest experience.
- High attention to detail and pride in maintaining a very clean, organized environment.
- Ability to work at a steady pace, prioritize tasks, and stay calm and focused in a busy spa setting.
- Comfort using basic technology (such as checklists or communication apps) and following written procedures, along with a calm, caring energy and passion for helping others.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly rate: $14.00 – $15.00
- Part-time position with employee discounts on retail products, spa treatments, and gift cards
- Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, and 401(k)
- Typical shifts are 4–6 hours, with availability needed for evenings; Monday, Tuesday, and Saturdays are preferred
