Spa Attendant

Position Overview:

As a Spa Attendant at Edgewood Tahoe Resort, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and guest satisfaction within our spa facilities. Your attentiveness and proactive service will help create a serene and welcoming environment, in line with Forbes service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and department briefings.
• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, offering assistance throughout their spa journey.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa locker rooms, relaxation lounges, and treatment rooms.
• Ensure spa amenities (towels, robes, slippers, water, and refreshments) are fully stocked and presented to five-star standards.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after services, including sanitizing equipment and restocking supplies.
• Support therapists and spa front desk staff with operational needs.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues immediately.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Uphold Forbes Travel Guide standards for luxury service and etiquette.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and business.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous spa or hospitality experience preferred; luxury or Forbes-rated experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a passion for guest service.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Physical Requirements:

• Capability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Able to perform physical tasks, including bending, sitting, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
