Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome spa guests with a professional and hospitable demeanor
- Schedule, confirm, and manage spa appointments and reservations
- Provide detailed information on spa services, treatments, packages, and promotions
- Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and handle payment transactions accurately
- Coordinate with spa therapists and wellness staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and serene front desk and reception area
- Upsell spa packages, retail products, and add-on treatments to enhance the guest experience
Requirements:- Prior experience in a spa, hotel, or luxury hospitality concierge role preferred
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with spa booking or scheduling software is a plus
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- Professional appearance and polished presentation at all times
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a strong advantage in the Miami Beach market
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
