Spavia Day Spa - Elmhurst is a locally owned day spa in downtown Elmhurst, hiring part-time and full-time Spa Front Desk Coordinators. At Spavia, our spa front desk coordinators are called Guest Advisors. Our Guest Advisors are the first and last people our guests see, and they share one goal: every guest should feel welcomed, cared for, and refreshed. • Starting at $17.50/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest, check guests in and out, and ensure the accuracy of every transaction
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Share the Spavia story and recommend treatments, boosts, memberships and spa boutique products
• Respond to guest inquiries accurately and promptly
• Keep the reception area, retreat areas and spa boutique clean, stocked and beautiful, including laundry
• Work with a team that values professionalism, kindness and growth

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Evening and weekend availability, including at least one weekend shift per week
• Reliable, punctual, professional and team-oriented
• Articulate speaker who can multitask with a warm, caring energy
• Able to lift 25+ lbs

Additional Qualifications

• Customer service, hospitality, front desk or retail sales experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable with scheduling software; Mindbody experience a plus
