What Youll Do

• Educate and mentor esthiology students in both classroom and clinic settings

• Demonstrate services, techniques, and Aveda protocols

• Coach students on professionalism, guest experience, and career readiness

• Support student progress and confidence

• Collaborate with a supportive educator team

• Help create an upbeat, structured, and inspiring learning environment

Youll work with multiple students at once, so strong organization, energy, and positivity are key.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Licensed Esthetician (required)

• 25 years experience in a spa or clinical setting

• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing others

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Positive, team-oriented mindset

• Organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Aveda experience or product knowledge is a plus (not required)

Compensation: Based on experience. Ranges from $20.57 - $41.82 hourly.
