We've developed our training programs with a singular purpose: To provide all the tools you need to become successful. Your comprehensive education at Avalon begins with your first day of employment. As you advance, you will receive one-on-one and group instruction from the Avalon Education Team. COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

Avalon offers a variety of compensation packages that are custom-tailored to your needs from assistant interns, transitioning to the floor as well as stylists on the floor.
