Salary: $85.00 to $100.00 hourly

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Spanish-speaking BCBA to join our growing clinical team. What You'll Do:

  • Conduct behavioral and skills assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise and support behavior technicians and paraprofessionals
  • Analyze client progress and adjust programming based on data
  • Provide parent training and caregiver guidance
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers
  • Ensure ethical, high-quality, and individualized ABA services
  • Support skill development that improves clients' independence and quality of life

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team
  • Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and data analysis
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
