Responsibilities

• Engage clients over the phone with multiple coverage options
• Conduct needs analysis to tailor solutions
• Present and explain products with confidence
• Negotiate terms and close deals like a pro
• Support clients with policy changes, claims, and renewals
• Collaborate with marketing for campaigns that convert
• Stay sharp on industry trends and compliance

• Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
• Successfully pass the NV property & casualty exam & obtain license
• Successfully pass the NV life & health exam & obtain license
• Must work well in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service skills
• Quick learner with a passion for solving problems
• Driven to help clients find the perfect coverage
