SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a detail-oriented Spare Parts Clerk for a Plastic company in Lititz, PA. We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficiency-driven Inventory Control/ Cycle Count Specialist for a short-term project to conduct comprehensive physical inventory reconciliation and system alignment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with high-volume cycle counting and strong working proficiency in SAP (Inventory/Warehouse Management modules) to investigate and resolve stock discrepancies immediately.

Key Responsibilities
- Cycle Counting: Perform daily physical counts of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods according to the project schedule.
- SAP Data Entry & Auditing: Utilize SAP to look up inventory locations, verify stock levels, enter count results, and post inventory adjustments.
- Discrepancy Investigation: Research and resolve inventory variances between physical counts and SAP system records by auditing transaction histories, receipts, and shipping logs.
- Location Management: Validate and update storage bins and material master data within SAP to ensure 100% location accuracy.
- Reporting: Compile daily project progress reports highlighting major variances, scrap metrics, and correction status for the project manager.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control with a heavy focus on cycle counting.
- Software: Proven, hands-on experience using SAP (specifically WM, IM, or MM modules) for inventory tracking and adjustments is strictly required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using RF scanners/barcoding systems and basic Microsoft Excel (for tracking sheets).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Attributes: Strong analytical skills, sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work independently under tight project deadlines.
