SPC Coordinator

• Manage and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems, databases, and reporting tools.
• Perform statistical analysis to evaluate manufacturing process capability and equipment performance.
• Monitor production data to identify trends, process variation, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement SPC methodologies that improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Serve as a technical resource for statistical analysis, process improvement, and quality engineering initiatives.
• Train manufacturing and engineering teams on SPC concepts, statistical techniques, problem-solving tools, and quality best practices.
• Support and lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects designed to improve productivity and reduce defects.
• Partner with production, engineering, quality, suppliers, and customers to drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Generate reports and presentations detailing process performance, quality trends, and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain measurement systems and support Measurement System Analysis (MSA) activities.
• Conduct Gauge R&R, stability studies, and accuracy assessments to validate measurement systems.
• Assist with calibration program oversight to ensure measurement equipment reliability and compliance.
• Maintain quality documentation and records while supporting compliance with customer and industry requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality, statistical analysis, manufacturing engineering, or process improvement environments.
• Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies and process capability analysis.
• Experience utilizing SPC software and statistical analysis tools such as JMP, NWA, or comparable systems.
• Understanding of Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Gauge R&R, calibration systems, and quality metrics.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other regulated manufacturing quality systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex manufacturing data.
• Excellent communication skills with experience training and mentoring technical teams.
• Six Sigma certification and/or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification strongly preferred.
