[About the Role]
Join our dynamic team as a Spec 1, Customer Training, where you will shape the customer care experience across the U.S. region. In this hybrid role (3 days onsite in Covington, GA, 2 days remote), you will empower associates at all levels with impactful, data-driven training and coaching, ensuring operational excellence within a leading healthcare organization.
[Responsibilities]
- Deliver engaging, comprehensive training sessions on handling calls, chats, and emails, following the ADDIE instructional methodology.
- Provide individualized feedback and coaching to customer care associates, utilizing statistical analysis of training and quality data.
- Assess escalation issues to identify knowledge gaps; develop targeted training or coaching solutions.
- Create and update training content, job aids, and knowledge management tools in coordination with operations teams.
- Generate QA reports for supervisors and managers, supporting performance evaluations and continuous improvement efforts.
- Contribute to Lean, Six Sigma, and other cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
- Identify and address procedural discrepancies, recommending effective resolutions.
- Stay current with company policies, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Invest in your personal and professional growth to maintain subject matter expertise.
[Required Skills and Experience]
- 3+ years contact center experience, preferably in healthcare or medical device environments.
- Proven ability to coach for measurable behavior change (3+ years).
- Proficient in training creation/facilitation using ADDIE or similar frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven assessment and reporting.
- Associate's degree in business (or equivalent experience).
[Preferred Skills]
- Experience in manufacturing supply chain organizations.
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement projects.
- Advanced knowledge of quality systems and regulatory compliance.
