Our Client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Spec, Learning & Dev Assoc for their Baltimore, MD/ Hybrid location.

- 40% Facilitates both virtual instructor-led & instructor-led training that reflect adult learning ideas to build capabilities and drive behavioral change and engage learners.
- 35% Utilizes business trends and post-learning evaluation to improve training content and delivery.
- 20% Contributes to the development and maintenance of training materials.
- 5% Partners with coordinators to maintain scheduling of training courses.
Requirements:
- Education level:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience:
- 2 years Experience delivering various training, teaching or adult learning modules to large audiences.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience
- Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
- Knowledge of adult learning delivery methods and principles., Proficient
- Knowledge and understanding of learning management systems (LMS)., Proficient
- Ability to troubleshoot and use video editing software., Proficient
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications., Proficient
- Ability to conduct thorough research to uncover insights., Proficient
- Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines., Proficient
- Skill in talking to others to convey information effectively., Proficient
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships., Proficient
- The incumbent is required to immediately disclose any debarment, exclusion, or other event that makes them ineligible to perform work directly or indirectly on Federal health care programs. Must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads that can be variable for long periods of time. Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging
- Mandatory skills:
- Experience delivering instructor-led (ILT) and virtual training
- Ability to work with current SME/Supervisor to learn the business
- Ensure consistent learner experience
