Paraprofessional (Full-Time)
Join our team and make a meaningful impact by supporting students in a positive, inclusive school environment. We are seeking dependable, compassionate paraprofessionals to work alongside teachers in providing educational and behavioral support to students.
Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and be prepared to support students throughout the school day.
- Assist students, with a primary focus on those with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
- Communicate effectively with teachers and school staff regarding student progress and behavior.
- Adapt to changing classroom and student needs while maintaining a positive, flexible attitude.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and follow all school policies and procedures.
- Personal cell phone use is not permitted while supervising or working with students.
- Clock in and out each day using the school's designated timekeeping system.
- Take a scheduled 30-minute lunch break outside of the classroom at the time assigned by the school.
Schedule
- Full-time positions available.
- Typical hours are:
- 7:40 AM – 3:10 PM, or
- 8:10 AM – 3:40 PM
- Schedule will be determined based on district needs.
Compensation
- Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
