HAYWARD SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER POSITION

The Hayward Community School District is accepting applications for a SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER to begin immediately.

Requirements: Hold a valid Wisconsin DPI Teaching license, or the ability to obtain a special education teaching license with stipulations (Cross-Categorical, #1801).

All applicants will be expected to:

• Provide specially designed instruction to students with significant learning challenges
• Organize the classroom environment to support students'' learning and engagement.
• Work and collaborate with other teachers, related services providers, and school staff
• Work effectively with exceptional learners and their families
• Have the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with staff, parents, and the community.
• Athletic Coaching and co-curricular positions are available.

Terms of Employment:

Teacher Contract

Salary: Based on education and experience
