We are seeking a Certified High School Special Education Teacher to join our team in Lancaster, PA. This full-time position runs until the end of the current school year and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic and personal growth.


Responsibilities include:

• Providing individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Collaborating with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student success.
• Developing and implementing IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement.

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with high school students preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
