LOCATION OF POSITION: Fairport NY 14450; District Wide

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Per Diem Substitute for the 2026-2027 School Year

STARTING DATE: As Needs Present

SALARY RATE: $24.67 per hour

DUTIES:

1. Lead Special Education Program in the absence of the classroom teacher.

2. Support and manage the classroom in the absence of the teacher.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Valid NYS Certification: Initial/Professional Students with Disabilities 1-6 OR Students with Disabilities 7-12 Generalist OR Permanent Special Education K-12 preferred.

2. Experience with students in Special Education programs preferred.

3. Knowledge and Experience implementing New York State Curriculum and Standards preferred.

4. Experience with Therapeutic Crisis Intervention model preferred.

5. Physically able to perform essential functions of the position (with or without reasonable accommodation).
