Special Events Coordinator

What does a Special Events Coordinator do at Swire Coca-Cola?Responsible for the transport, unloading, and set-up of Swire Coca-Cola, USA products to customers for special events. These could include sporting events, hiring events, corporate retreats, etc. Must be at least 21 years of age. Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements.Responsibilities:

Deliver Special Event Equipment, including Ice Barrels, Electric CCM Coolers as neededMaintain all Company Supplied Equipment / Vehicle to Company Standards (i.e., cleanliness, presentable, etc.)Tow "Coca-Cola" trailer with Swire Coca-Cola vehicleWork with a team or independentlyCollect cash and or electronic payments from customers when necessaryMaintain professional appearance and demeanor with clientsPerforms other duties as assigned (holiday merchandising and supporting reset team)Activations and samplingsOccasional travel across Arizona

Requirements:

High School Diploma (or GED) requiredDrivers License - MDOT Medical Physical requiredDependable vehicle required1-2 years Event experience preferredAble to safely lift 15lbs to 50lbs in and out of Truck or into Event Trailer as neededBending, twisting, standing, and walking required during course of jobAttendance and punctuality is an essential function of the jobUse all Company provided resources and technology (handheld, printer, credit card reader)
