Location: Summit, NJ 07901 / Fully Remote
The hourly rate for this position is between $30 - 35 per hour.

Description:
- This resource supports training assignments and compliance with Social Media Central.
- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, filters, etc.)
- Cross-reference existing groups; analyze titles, reporting lines, and sectors for possible marketing personnel.
- Translate information where necessary. Send monthly Assignments & Compliance Reports to leadership.
- Compliance Monitoring for training - provide notification to users for training due/overdue.
- Compliance Monitoring for training - follow escalation process where applicable.
- Addition and removal of new or former users (updates to profiles, user groups & curricula).
- Maintain Training Curricula by adding and removing SOPs as needed, creating new curricula as needed in Compliance Wire.
- Monthly maintenance of Marketing personnel - comparing JJEDs, internal lists, and Stafford's lists to ensure accuracy
