Role description
Position Title : Network Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Network Architecture professional with 5 to 8 years of experience in designing implementing and managing enterprise network infrastructure The candidate should have strong expertise in network design routing and switching security WANLAN data center networking troubleshooting and network optimization
The ideal candidate should have handson experience in building scalable secure and highly available network environments across enterprise infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise network architecture for LAN WAN and data center environments
Plan and manage routing and switching infrastructure across enterprise networks
Configure and optimize network devices such as routers switches firewalls and load balancers
Ensure network security segmentation access control and compliance
Support data center networking redundancy failover and high availability design
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network performance latency and connectivity issues
Manage and optimize routing protocols such as OSPF BGP and EIGRP
Implement and support VPNs firewalls and secure remote connectivity
Work on network capacity planning disaster recovery and scalability initiatives
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including server application security and cloud teams
Maintain network documentation topology diagrams SOPs and operational procedures
Support incident change and problem management activities through ITSM processes
Participate in RCA for major incidents related to network infrastructure
Primary Skills MustHave
Strong expertise in network architecture and design
Handson experience in routing and switching
Strong knowledge of TCPIP VLAN STP OSPF BGP EIGRP
Experience in LAN WAN Data Center and Campus networks
Handson experience with Cisco Juniper Arista network devices
Good understanding of network security firewalls and VPNs
Knowledge of high availability redundancy and failover design
Strong troubleshooting skills for network performance and connectivity issues
Experience in data center networking and network optimization
Secondary Skills GoodtoHave
Exposure to cloud networking Azure AWS
Knowledge of SDWAN SDN
Familiarity with network automation tools Python Ansible basics
Experience with load balancers and wireless networking
Monitoring tools like SolarWinds Nagios Zabbix
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
Basic understanding of security tools and IDSIPS
Documentation and presentation skills
Educational Qualification
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or equivalent
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and stakeholder coordination
Ability to work in a highpressure production environment
Strong documentation and reporting capability
Ability to handle escalations and critical incidents effectively
Skills
Mandatory Skills : Cisco DC/Branches Routers & Switches, Cisco-sdn-network-administration

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
