Essential duties and Responsibilities:Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systemsProviding recruiting reports on a weekly basisAssist HR Department with employee on-boarding activitiesAid with I-9 and other relevant documentsDistribute, review and process all new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and following up, when necessaryAdditional duties may be assignedQualifications and Requirements:High School Diploma (Associates preferred) and a minimum of 1-year HR experience with a proven facility in date entry, customer service, and problem resolution.
