Excellent multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple client requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in customer service, client support, and relationship management roles.
Responsible for reviewing requests received through a shared inbox and assigning them to the appropriate SME using internal tool

About This Role
Client Engagement Services (CES) Specialists provide world-class service by engaging directly with clients or internal stakeholders across to coordinate requests with Business & Technology Insights Analysts. Successful Specialists demonstrate a passion for client service, strong problem-solving skills in complex scenarios, and a willingness to learn with a high degree of ambition and drive.

In the role of CES Specialist, you will act as a connector between internal and external Clients and the Analyst community to problem solve around our clients most pressing technology and business-related questions and problems.

What you’ll do
Interprets client needs and identifies the most relevant Analyst to fulfill the request
Provides research and resources to business leaders to help improve their businesses
Partners with internal stakeholders on client needs
Reads industry research and develops understanding of complex topics
Provides executive level customer service
Builds strong working relationships with the Business & Technology Insights Analyst community and receives unlimited access to all research content

Skills:
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent customer service experience
Experience in proactive problem solving with complex scenarios
Strong time management and organizational skills
Analytical mindset
Strong business acumen
Great written and verbal (live) communication skills, able to adjust style based on audience

Education:
