Key Responsibilities
Process and verify specialty medication prescriptions with precision and care.
Provide counseling and ongoing support for patients managing complex or chronic conditions.

Collaborate with prescribers, nurses, payers, and case managers to coordinate care.
Stay current on specialty drug pipelines, REMS programs, and new therapies.
What You’ll Bring
Education: PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy.
Licensure: Active U.S. pharmacist license (all states encouraged).
Experience: Hospital, specialty, or community preferred. New graduates and pharmacists from other settings are welcome.
Skills: Strong communication, patient education, and ability to manage high-touch, high-cost therapies.
