Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized support throughout each patient's therapy journey. We focus on education, access, and continuity of care, offering free medication delivery and ongoing assistance to ensure patients have the resources they need at every step. Position Overview The Specialty Pharmacy Technician plays a key role in processing specialty prescriptions, supporting patients, and maintaining compliance standards. This position is highly patient‑focused and involves frequent communication, documentation, and coordination to ensure timely medication delivery and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to patients to schedule specialty medication deliveries Handle inbound calls to address patient questions, needs, and issues Accurately document interactions and activities in pharmacy systems Support operational and distribution workflows Meet weekly and monthly productivity goals Collaborate with pharmacists and team members to ensure quality patient care Required Qualifications Education High School Diploma or G.E.D. (required) Licensure Current Florida Pharmacy Technician registration (required) Technical Skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
