WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Build real relationships with healthcare professionals across the country
• Recruit through calls, texts, and social
• Own and grow your pipeline
• Act as the point of contact between clinicians and Springboard Health, guiding them through the hiring and onboarding process and resolving issues efficiently
• Guide clinicians from first conversation placement long-term success

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• You're sales-driven and love winning
• You're a natural relationship builder
• You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• 1-2+ years in sales, service or recruiting
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Confidence on the phone (cold calling = no problem)
• Strong organization+ follow-up skills
• Grit, drive, and a "get it done" attitude

Compensation Range:

$45,000 Base Salary + Uncapped commission

• Year 1 OTE - $75K-$95K
• Year 2 OTE - $100K-$150K

Compensation Range

$40,000.00 - $80,000.00
