Specification Engineer

Making Construction Better

We are looking for a National Specification Engineer to help increase Hilti Specifications by systematically developing Consultants and Developers. This will be achieved by specifying Hilti in Project Specifications and Project Vendor Lists to secure Hilti's future business and increasing future projects potential.

What You'll Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in civil, Structural; a Masters degree is a plus
• Sales oriented, with experience working in technical engineering
• Previous experience working as a Specification Engineer or Design Engineer
• Minimum 5 years' experience in design
• Effective communication skills, with a strong proficiency in English
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, priorities and manage time effectively
• A solution-oriented mind-set, determined to consistently meet and exceeds goals
• Active driver
• Located in Ankara
