Salary Range: $60,000 - $78,000 salary (paid weekly), based on experience and qualifications.

We are looking for a full-time, in person, speech-language pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year to support a district in Dearborn Heights, MI.  Caseload details are currently being finalized; however, the district is eager to begin interviewing to identify the right fit as soon as possible. You'll work alongside an SLP in each building to make a meaningful impact on students.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday.
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
• Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
• Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing).
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.
