The Speech Language Pathologist Assistant – English provides school-based services for our students on an as-needed basis. The role supports student success through multidisciplinary collaboration, participation in ARD/IEP processes, timely documentation, and compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Implement therapy plans under SLP supervision.
Document student progress.
Assist with screenings.
Prepare therapy materials.
Support IEP implementation.
Collaborate with staff.
Maintain records.
Follow supervisory requirements.
Use district systems.
Other duties.
Skills and Certifications
Associate/Bachelor's degree and active Texas SLPA license.
Preferred Qualifications
School experience.
Strong organization.
Knowledge of special education.
