Ultimate Therapy at Autumn Lake at Bridge Park is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support our skilled nursing facility team. This role focuses on delivering individualized, resident-centered therapy in a collaborative clinical setting. New graduates (CFY) are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do:

• Assess and address speech, communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs
• Create and carry out personalized therapy plans
• Track progress, complete documentation, and provide education to residents and staff

What We're Looking For:

• Active SLP license (or CFY eligible)
• Skilled nursing experience is a plus
