Speech Language Pathologist

Hybrid School Speech Language Pathologist responsible for delivering speech, language, and communication evaluations and therapy services to elementary students across school and private-school settings. Works full-time in or near Brownsburg, IN, managing a caseload of 60-80 students and collaborating with teachers, families, and special education staff to support student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech, language, and communication evaluations and therapy services to students.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies for elementary students and other caseloads.

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and school teams to support student progress and classroom participation.

• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and required school-based records.

• Manage a caseload of approximately 60-80 students while meeting scheduling, compliance, and service-delivery requirements.

• Support student progress and classroom participation across school and private-school settings.

• Provide hybrid report-writing when approved.
