Key Responsibilities:
Providing individualized therapy to help children meet their communication goals.
Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Conducting evaluations, maintaining accurate documentation, and implementing individualized treatment strategies.
Maintaining 25-30 billable hours per week, with a balanced caseload across school and clinic assignments.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid Maryland licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
Passion for supporting children's communication development in a variety of settings.
Strong collaboration, organization, and clinical problem-solving skills.
