Speech Language Pathologist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Arkansas state SLP license required to start the position.
• BLS certification may be required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience or willingness to work in an outpatient early intervention, day treatment, or pediatric setting preferred.

Position Details:

• Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of Speech, Physical, and Occupational Therapists dedicated to helping children from birth through age 6 reach developmental milestones.
• Work in a unique early intervention day treatment setting serving 80-120 children daily, providing consistent care and meaningful outcomes.
• Flexible and supportive environment with experienced clinicians who are passionate about mentoring and training new team members.
• Make a lasting impact by building strong connections with children and families while delivering individualized therapeutic services.

Ideal Candidate

• Pediatric experience preferred but not required. Training and mentorship are available from experienced clinicians.
• Must work well as part of a team and prioritize building relationships and trust with children and families.
• Should be able to co-regulate, connect with children, and create an engaging therapeutic environment.
